Free Health Screening at Woodwinds

is pleased to host a free health screening at the hospital on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Woodwinds is located 1925 Woodwinds Drive in Woodbury. It’s a non-fasting screening. It takes just a few minutes of your time. You get your results right away.

The health screening includes:

  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL (“good”) cholesterol
  • Blood sugar
  • Blood pressure           
  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Results from HealthEast Heart Care nurses.

  • Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the chest that lasts  more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back
  • Pain that spreads to the shoulders, neck, jaw or arms
  • Chest discomfort may also be experienced in the upper back between the  shoulder blades
  • Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea or  shortness of breath
  • Atypical chest pain, stomach or abdominal pain
  • Unexplained weakness, fatigue or anxiety
  • Palpitations, cold sweat or paleness
  • Shortness of Breath (often associated with signs listed above)
