Baby Boot Camp, the fitness and nutrition program for new moms, is pleased to announce that the Woodbury classes are moving outdoors to Woodbury Lakes. Baby Boot Camp stroller-fitness classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills in 60-minute sessions. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises are incorporated to help improve core strength.
An outdoor kick off will be held on Monday, April 16 from 9-10am, at Woodbury Lakes, and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the same time. Chair massages and bagels provided by Lifeline Chiropractic in Woodbury. There will be goodie bags for each attendee and special promotional pricing on Baby Boot Camp classes. This event is FREE - so be sure to invite your friends! Class will meet in the Main Courtyard between Kay Jewelers & American Eagle.
